Carnival of Financial Goals #2

After reading almost 50 posts of the Carnival of Financial Goal #2. I am bit tired now, but I think Sam has done a very good job. There were some quite interesting posts and goals to be found on the carnival. I also secured a place in the carnival, with my post which i could find using Ctrl+F ;)

The most inspiring were as follows:

Pinyo at Moolanomy has posted a really inspiring and a structured goal.

The Little Dough Girl started with goals that are very conceptual. You stick to concepts ad you’ll achieve your goals.

The Goal at Digerati Life, I would call it as a big goal and shows her futuristic thinking for a better future.

The goal posted at Plonkee inspire us to analyze ourselves for our own future

The goals posted by Millionaire Mommy Next Door were methodical and well planned.

Goals at Cash Money Life were special in their own way and induce a positive optimism in the reader.

The dividend Guy presented a scenario analysis which can be applied to many situations.

Early Retirement Extreme provides us with the purpose with which we can achieve out goals. Passion!

Yoopersmith want us to change our attitude towards money and does a pretty good job with examples.

The last post that I like very much was of Adam Freedman at Investor Journal just that I had to add to his post that I would put the Dont’s first and then the Do’s as I’ll probably learn the Dont’s first by making mistakes and then rectifying them to arrive at the Do’s

Carnival For Debt Reduction #116

Three out of three:) This was the third time that I was featured in a carnival and I am really happy about it. This weeks carnival for debt reduction was held at Blogging Away Debt. My article got featured as the editors pick and I am delighted. I thank Tricia for finding my article interesting enough for the editors pick.

From the editors pick I particularly liked When American dream become debt; a dream compared with a delusion that too as delusion of being rich was interesting.

The other one was from paying as much I can vs. what I could afford. A simple idea put into words was really great. This is the second time paidtwice has given me an attitude shift.

The other articles that I fould particularly interesting was of Tezza at 4evayoung. I agree with three of her points, first focus on the cause of debt, find out whether there is any better option for your money and savings and debt elimination go hand in hand. Millionnaire Mommy again was with great tips to reduce debt.

Carnival For Debt Reduction #114

The Carnival of Debt Reduction this week is hosted up here . My article A Five Stage Process of Getting Debt Free is also featured. Some of my personal favorites are

Out of the Editors Pick I found the information on various types on loans and what call to take on them is provided by The Digerati Life very interesting. I am stuck with one such kind of a loan and trying not to take any loans after such a bad experience with the existing loan.

NCN’s motivational post on the very conceptual understanding on the plan for debt reduction provided a thrust to reduce my never decreasing debt.

From the best of the rest the most interesting was the Millionaire Mommy Next Door, I would suggest readers to go through all the comments published on the post, it will give readers a wide perspective for looking at someone’s debt situation and not to fall in such a situation.

The other interesting post by I’ve Paid For This Already was about the attitude shift that I liked. I guess it is with our own efforts and time that we achieve a shift in the attitude.
